If your order has already been shipped from the pharmacy, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. If your order has not been shipped, you will be charged a $ 11.00 USD cancellation fee. If the reason for the cancellation is due to a shortage or a pending order for a drug, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.

All packages are already shipped discreetly to protect your privacy. We ship shipments in small bubble envelopes or card boxes.

This is only possible if you contact us within 24 business hours. If the order has been sent to the doctor or pharmacy, it will not be possible to make any changes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

This can be done by logging into your account and then going to “My order.” Now you have the option to SEE order details, click on view order. You can print the order by clicking Print Order or you can download the PDF file.

This is best verified with your insurance company before placing your order. We will provide you with a legal invoice to send to the insurance company and you can contact us to verify certain details. However, it is important to keep in mind that we will never disclose personal information about you or your order history without your prior consent, so please inform us in advance before submitting your data so that we can place a note in your account that verifies with ABC The insurance company will be allowed, otherwise, the only information we will disclose to a third party will be our company information for your records.
